Owner CEO
Reilly Fredrickson is a founder and CEO of Calton Homes. She has 16 years of experience in varying fields of the construction industry which brings a vast knowledge base to each project. Her passion is to create beautiful spaces in varying prices ranges.

Bill Reilly
Owner COO
Bill Reilly is a hands-on construction and development professional with 40 years’ experience in different aspects of the construction industry. He was the founder and managed his own general construction company for over 25 years, and previously a drywall company. Bill is highly skilled in building relationships with architects, city officials, vendors, and clients. Well versed in coordinating subcontractors, contract negotiation, project estimating, document preparation, building codes and regulations, material purchasing, and site management.
